2019 Waters to watch.

Sometimes I need reminded ambivalence is close kin to laziness.  Accepting the status quo requires less effort than making changes for the better.  I think it’s a fairly common position people find themselves in.  I think that’s why so many problems go unaddressed.

The Fish Habitat Partnership recently unveiled their 2019 Waters to Watch, ten projects scattered across the country designed to restore ecological integrity of aquatic systems.  The piece highlights partnerships between public and private entities, landowners, lodge owners, and other diverse stakeholder groups, leveraging their combined knowledge and skill sets for positive change to the resources they value.

Check out the list over at the Fish Habitat Partnership.  Donate some money.  Donate some time.  Better yet, find or found your own local initiative.  Harness your community to protect what’s important.
